Summary 0000206: Lineraized PDF should be open in read-only
Description A lot of people report problems with their changes to document and in many situations reveals that the original document is linearized.
We don't support changing linearized documents, so GUI shouldn't enable such changes.
Does GUI needs some support from kernel? Maybe we can throw NotImplementedException is such cases

linearized-readonly.patch checks whether created document is linearized and sets mode to read only if true. This means that any attempt to change the content is followed by ReadOnlyException (same way as if we change revision to an older one).

Problem is fixed by attached patch.
