| Summary | 0000353: Delinearized PDF Loses Content | ||||||||
| Description |
Reported by Ryan McGreal at support mailing list: "I'm trying to edit a PDF, and when I opened it in pdfedit I saw a message that the PDF was read-only. I found an online tutorial that noted the PDF must be delinearized before pdfedit can make changes to it. When I delinearized the PDF, several boxes of information simply disappeared. I'm not sure what further information you need, but I've posted a copy of the original PDF here: quandyfactory.com/static/images/sage_brochure.pdf Here is the delinearized version: quandyfactory.com/static/images/sage_brochure_delinearized.pdf " |

The issue has been reported for PDFedit used in Ubuntu 9.04. Which is according to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/pdfedit [^] 0.4.1. The issue is not reproducible with the later versions anymore |
